Just milk and banana! Quick dessert in 5 minutes: no oven, no flour or gelatin!

700 ml milk
200 g condensed milk
100 g starch (cornstarch)
3 very ripe bananas
For the cranberry sauce:

200 ml water
200 g frozen blueberries
100 g sugar
Water and starch mixture (50 ml of water + 20 g of starch)
How to prepare this creamy, no-bake dessert
1. Prepare the creamy banana base
In a saucepan place the milk, condensed milk and starch.
Mix very well before turning on the heat to avoid lumps.
Mash the ripe bananas with a fork until you have a smooth puree. Add them to the mixture.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the cream thickens and has a firm texture.
Transfer it to a mold or container and smooth it with a spatula.
2. Make homemade cranberry sauce
In another saucepan place the frozen blueberries, sugar and water.
Cook until the fruits release their juices.
Add the water and starch mixture and stir until slightly thickened and glossy.
Let cool for a few minutes.
3. Assemble the dessert
Pour the warm cranberry sauce over the banana cream.
Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours for best texture.
Serve cold.
Additional tips to make your dessert perfect
If the bananas are very ripe, so much the better. They provide more natural sweetness and a more intense flavor to the cream.
Stir the cream constantly to prevent it from sticking to the bottom or forming lumps.

You can replace the blueberries with strawberries, blackberries, or a mixture of frozen berries.
If you want a firmer dessert, increase 10 g of starch in the cream.
